QR-code generated 2 weeks ago when I was mislead. Website indicated it was free. After printed business cards received March 25, we tested the QR-code when advised the trial was over and we would need to pay monthly or annually, and an auto-renewal would in effect. The Qr-code was activated after payment.

Sent email to [email protected] yesterday and reply came back saying that refund was not company policy and that it would be free after the 1-year payment ends. I cannot trust this to happen as we have been scammed. Please refer to the horrible reviews found on the website. Is there not anyway to stop these fraudulent scammers?
