This website appeared to be selling Comfrt brand clothing at a highly discounted price. It said the shipping would be 5-7 business days but the delivery information was fraudulent and after a month said it was delivered but never was. I contacted customer service and tried to fight for a refund. They said that a 90% refund was initiated but refused to give any proof of said refund. No confirmation number, no refund amount or eta. 3 weeks later I am still fighting for my refund of even proof of the so called refunds legimacy.

I saw an ad for the product on Facebook. Clicked on it and all products looked legitimate. Shipping said it would be 3-5 days, but when it started taking longer I tracked the package only to find that they were in China. It now says it was delivered to another address in the same city I live in on 10/22/24. I am out the money with nothing to show for it. Don't ever trust this site. Not sure how to get my money back as nobody will answer.

Facebook ad for comfrt hoodies. A great deal was presented. I purchased 46 dollars worth and never received any of the order. This was 4 months ago.

I placed my order and waited one month for deliver. The items I ordered said they were delivered but I never received them. I reached out to the company and they offered 60% refund or to ship more items to me if i wanted to wait another month for delivery.
