I ordered one bottle of their product from a Facebook ad recommendation. I used shop pay. The item arrived from China and it was open and damaged. I immediately contacted their customer service to report it. They said they could not refund it. That they only had a 90 policy where you had to use it 90 days and then request a refund if you did not like the product. I tried to call their customer service number but it seems to be a fake number, +1 (307)4301147

Then while dealing with this they sent another bottle and charged me. I never signed up for a subscription! Only a one time purchase. So they owe me a refund for the damaged unusable bottle and for the one they sent without my approval.

I don't know what else to do as I've not gotten anywhere with them.
