Scam Call

This company called me to see if I needed my air ducts cleaned. I asked for the business name and how they got my number, but the rep refused to provide the information. I finally got the companies name out of him. He didn't even know that North York was in Ontario. Rep then proceeded to call me an [censored], said I was wasting his time, and hung up. All the reviews on the website look fake, and any actual reviews are very negative. I wouldn't trust this.

Had ducts cleaned and told me leave windows open for 10 min...went out ! And came home to carbon monoxide in our home. Called them and they said no worries to go bed by the am the CM will be gone! I was like wow r u kidding me so i called the fire station and they where here in 5 min. Had high readings of CM in the whole house ! We could have died in our sleep if i listen to the duct company. Had other issues with then but this one was the worst situation ...had my ducts cleaned before and never had this happen!

Do NOT USE PURIFIED MASTERS
This was a terrible experience. Harassed by Purified Masters because I did not want the service. Received a call for duct cleaning and started considering it. Asked for their website to review further and did not feel comfortable so I decided not to move forward. At which time the rep asked me why and if I was wasting his time. Then he proceeded to swear at me continuously and to harass me on WhatsApp and then deleted the messages when I told him I was going to be reporting this.
