The ad for Pure Luxe was a free sample for shipping only.. I was charged the freight and then read the reviews of this being a scam. I email and called Pure Luxe to cancel my account and was told I could not cancel until I returned the free samples, once they received the returned samples i could cancel my account. By that time I would be charged for two more months of product. I refused to accept and ask to speak to supervisor because the ad stated free samples not month supply. I was told my account would be canceled and i could keep samples. They were to send me email with my cancellation number which never happened. Had to go through bank.
