HOW WILL A REFUND BE MADE?
The client will get back 95% of the HE/SHE spent on their crate of choice and that will be done by the agent deleting said puppy to their mentioned address.
The client will have to present an identification document such as ( ID CARD, PASSPORT, DRIVERS LICENSE) once the document is provided the delivery agent will present to the client a Refund document which must be signed by the client to acknowledge HE/SHE has gotten their refund
