Consumer received a call from someone saying his name was Peter Wilson from Publishers Clearing House. He sounded foreign. He wanted $1,000 for tax purposes. Said she won $2.5 million.

Consumer did put the $1,000 but she cancelled her card.

Consumer got a message saying they were from Publishers Clearing House. A man by the name of John White said that consumer won and they have a check. Did not say the amount.
