Received call from Publishers Clearing House saying I had won $250,000,000. They asked for my bank account to withdraw $300 but they withdrew $507. They said not to tell the bank.

Hi I am M***** and I was the victim and I am disabled. I was targeted by two men by telephone. One called his name Bill Foster he was just a worker under another man that called himself David Washington. They both claim to be from publisher clearing house. Bill Foster gave me information like this. I was the winner of a prize of 2.8million dollars. And a 2020 Mercedes Benz. He asked me what color and named the colors off. One was Pearl White. Which is what I chose. He gave me some number. 9092US. Then he gave me what he called a bar code number 706385. He said they were goin to arrive at my home by 3:00pm. I told him I didn’t live at home because I have snow storm damage to my home so I gave him my dad and moms address. He did say I was a second place winner. Then he says I needed to go to a store and purchase a vanilla gift card and put 235.00 on it. He says it’s to the IRS for a 11% claimed card. He ask so asked me if I wanted the prize to be private or like a popular where everyone knows. I said private. They also put raffle in the talk. Also State Department Of Texas in the conversation as well saying they had to get ahold of them to deliver the cash. Then he as well told me that the new vehicle came with free license and registration would be free for 6 years. And had in my car for 6 months. I could not understand the card thing so Bill Foster sent me to David Washington and he tried to explain the card again. I told him and the other guy I don’t have that kind of money. So I do have more photos but it only let me put one that I could see. I sure hope y’all get these cruel men. Thank you

Called and said we won $10K per WEEK plus car. Needed to update info, I said you have it on the form (I had no idea about the reality of that). I asked for his name and number (see below). He couldn't believe I hadn't heard of his name "Dave Sawyer". Said he wanted to be sure no scammers took advantage of us as seniors. At one point he called me "sweetheart" I said he had over stepped and it sounded phony, he backed off.

I said to mail me the form for the info he wanted, so he agreed and said there would be a follow up phone call. I even told him I was going to report him and he didn't hang up. It's still a scam. I looked online and found the same scam listed.

He said they had sent something in the mail declaring us winners. I said "not received", his response was "Oh my" must have gotten lost.

My Mom got a call from this person, Mr Michael Woofe. Stated that he was a prize delegation managet for PCH. When I asked where they were located....Las Vegas, 918 is Tulsa. They wanted my Mom to send x amt of dollars in ebay cards that she could buy from any dollar general or CVS...to send to them for the tax fee and then they would release her $5K /week for life.

The claim id he gave her was 502291/PCH

PCH cash reward 2nd place winner. New car (Mercedes E class, plus 5 million cash) enticement. Gave out package ID number plus confirmation number. Required purchase of a One Vanilla card for amount of $999.00 in order to "register with IRS". Went to Walmart and then to CVS in attempts to make purchase. Turned away @ Walmart and warned against @ CVS. Told phone contact that situation reminded me of movie Matchstick Men when he wanted me to go to my bank and then to the post office for another purchase angle. Contact was age related in my opinion.

Received letter saying I had won $2.5 million. They enclosed a check to cover insurance & attorney fees- $6,569.25. ???? I was a 2nd place winner in the Publishers Clearinghouse 100 Million Dollars Super Cash Giveaway Promotion. Never mind that I never entered. SCAM!!!!! Said you had to contact your Claims Manager before depositing the check. Also said that according to law you are not allowed to discuss your win with 3rd parties.... WooHoo!!! I'm a WINNER! Seriously- don't waste your time.

A phone call from Florida man claiming to be the General Manager from the ScamPulse.com (Michael Anderson). Claiming I won a Publisher’s Clearing House sweepstakes check of $3.5 million dollars and a 2020 BMW. He gave me a secret code to identify the prize. Said he had to call the IRS to confirm no delinquent taxes owed first. Not sure what information he is trying to obtain...

I keep getting calls from a guy who said his name is Mark Johnson that has this foreign accent and says he is with the Publishers Clearing House. I asked about his accent and he said he lives in New York. He told me because I am a senior citizen I won $5million and a car. He wanted me to go to Walmart or CVS or Walgreens and get some gift cards so they could deliver my prizes. I told him I didn't have any money. He changed the amount several times from $500 to $100. I didn't give him any information and called the Better Business Bureau instead. They told me it was a scam and to not answer any calls that I don't know who it is.

Says his name is Dave Sawyer from publisher clearing house. That I won 5.5 million dollars but needs my debit card number to deposit the funds. Which I would not give out

I believe I was just contacted (10:00 AM) by a scam artist. He said he was with Publisher's Clearing House and I am the newest winner of 2.5 million dollars. It was a twenty minute conversation and I continued to tell him I was skeptical. He was trying to get information from me--which I did not provide. He wanted $3,500.00 as the "registration fee" and that needed to be paid before "the Prize Patrol" would arrive at my door. ~~~ I can provide additional information if you are interested. * **** ** *** ******* ******* ** ***** **** * *** *** **** ***** ****** ** ***** ****** ** ************* ** ***** ******** ~~~~ ************ ********* ** *********** ******** *******

Janice (wife) has had multiple calls in Feb 2021. She gave him a prepaid $200 card. Last time he wanted her to send $3500 to get the car out of where it's being held. (903) 553-1920 (Landline) & (903) 530-3774 (cell) Scammer then asked for a check or money order when she refused to get another pre-paid card for $3500. His name is "James" but she can't remember his last name. The supervisor (Jim Thurston) then called and she could hear him in the background saying "send her the email that has all the information from PCH".

A David Miller sent her an email on Jan 30, 2021, with a picture of 2 men & a woman standing in front of a van that says Prize Patrol, etc.

A man with a foreign accent called, said his name was Patrick Anderson and said he said you are familiar with Publishers Clearing House. I said I was but had not entered in a number of years. He said I had won $850,000.00 + $5,000 per week for life. What he wanted to know how I wanted to get the money quietly or come and act like it was a surprise. He then wanted me to go get a vanilla card from CVS for at least of $150/dollars. I told him I wasn't going to pay to win anything. Then he hung up on me. I gave him no information. He did have my address.

The scammer said he was from Publishers Clearing House and that my husband (he did not know is deceased) won $5,000/month for life. I told him I am a widow and he said it was mine. He wanted me to send all of my personal information over a scheduled phone call the next day. I talked to my daughter who said it was a scam. So I did not call him. Tom Turner was the name he used.
