Phone call from an "unknown number" on my cell phone. Sounded like a call center in the background. Man said he was calling from the Publishers Clearing House. I interrupted him asking to be taken off the call list. He said I couldn't be taken off the call list without paying a fee to be removed. I said that is not true and asked him for the number he was calling from. He said again I'd need to pay a fee before he would remove me from the call list. I pressed him for a call back number and he gave: 233-4431. I asked for the area code and he said I'd need to pay a fee..I asked where he was calling from and he said "D.C." He said he could not give me the area code. I asked again to be removed from the call list then hung up.

Caller with an accent said I won the Publisher's Clearing House and because I was not home on Saturday to receive the money I would need to wire over $3000 to receive my $3,000,000. I told him I didn't have money to pay to win money and hung up.

A woman by the name of "May Gordon" contacted me saying she was with Winners International Game & Board and associated herself with Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes The phone number was from Novelty, OH (440-557-2262). She said I won 2nd place for a grand prize of $2.9 million, as well as, a 2018 Mercedes Benz coupe. Along with this came a free Geico insurance for a year, a gas card for several months, and a Wal-Mart gift card. I was then asked if I would be interested in a 2 week vacation to a destination resort. I was given a cashiers check number "3060" from Bank of America, winning number "97408215US", and a claim number "0015559999858770USA". I was told UPS would deliver the check, and a tow truck/rollback would be delivering the vehicle and I would need the numbers above to receive them. Then I was told that to transport the money and vehicle I was responsible for 2% registration fee, which was totaled at $550.00. Once I paid this registration fee, I would receive a receipt that would be Notified so I could cash the check at my bank. The lady said this was to transport the vehicle and check to my state. I asked for an address to send the money to but "May Gordon" said she would have to call down to her accountants office to see who was working and find out that information for me and would call me back with the details.
