Supposed sweepstakes, claiming that I had won 1 of 4 prizes. Odds listed suggest that it was almost certainly the "Caribbean Cruise for Two for Up to 7 Nights."

Fine print: "Sponsor may disqualify any entry and may modify, terminate, or suspend this promotional giveaway in (sic) sponsor's sole discretion." Also: "All winners must accept responsibility for taxes and fees associated with their sweepstakes win."

Postcard: You Are a Finalist in our Viking River Cruise Giveaway. The small print on the back states this is run by PTCL and is NOT affiliated with Viking River Cruises. There is a Scratch Off for Lucky Numbers. There is the promise of a $50 Amazon Gift Card. They say you are invited to attend Cruise Travel Expo 2025. "Prizes include various cruises for 2 with airfare, a Sony TV, etc. You are asked to confirm within 48 hours. The ONLY contact is a phone number: 855.540.9664
