Lori Williams was on tiktok offering readings. I paid on cashapp for a special which was $45. She told me we could make an appointment the next day. When I called the next day, she said she had an emergency and needed to reschedule. We made an appointment for the following day. When I called, she was double booked and said she was at church doing a cleansing/reading. We made another appointment for the next day. On the third attempt, she said I paid the money and it was received but that she would need me to pay for some protection spell which was another $265 or it wouldn't work. When I told her that was upsetting, she said she would refund the money. I said please and then she said she would offer me something else. I told her no, I wanted the refund and then she said it's her policy that she can't refund the funds after 24 hours, but it was her fault for the delay. I reported her to cashapp but customer service said I needed to report her and then contact my bank. I disputed the charge, but then my bank said because it was for a service and the funds were already transferred to her, I would have to get the funds from her. She is refusing to refund me, despite it being her idea. She declined my request for a refund on cashapp.
