Message pop up on desktop indicating had viruses, people trying to get into my computer, need to call 1-855-337-8565, foolishly called the number said several different people were trying to hack into my computer, asked from where said several and even some from foreign countries. Asked what can I do, person talking had foreign accent, advised me to hit Window emblem on lower left side of my computer hold it down and hit letter r, which stupidly I did, he was in my computer, asked for my email address, gave my email address, then gave me a case is # Ms-1900011 said would take 45 to 60 minutes to fix., asked my age, asked why would you ask that, oh you sound about 30 yrs . Then said my warranty was expired and would have to pay $149.99 to have them fix my computer. Already had red flogs going up, but, he was in my computer, finally said I was going to call my internet companyl. Had told him I did no online bill pay or shopping, don't believe in it. Hung up
