Completely bent, the stitching was a mess, the embroidery was not centered, I could go on and on. I demanded a refund from ProudStitch.com and they went 8 emails round and round and never took care of the situation. The image of the hat I received looks absolutely nothing like the posting. Their address says they are based out of WY but looked up the address and it is totally fake. They are based out of china.
