Bought from a high-ranking Google Shopping linked storefront for fashion and electronics. After a 31-day non-delivery of an electronic item (which included false tracking on China's 17track.net), a sales rep promised to send a second replacement package. The person spoke very good English as a second language. The person then sent a new tracking number a few days later through 17track.net again. After three weeks, 17track.net claimed a second time that the package was delivered when it was not. No tracking info provided by seller and customer service. Just received a phishing scam text on the next day after 17track.net falsely claimed delivery. The text stated that I needed to give more personal info to receive my "delayed" package. The text pretended to be from USPS, but with a phony http web link to a non-governmental, non-USA website.

I believe this to be an AI generated scam as the address, telephone number and person/s do not appear to exist. They have discounted new clothing and shoes on the site, all seems fine until you don't get what you paid for and find out there is no one to contact other than your credit card to get your money back.

Even though I had the money refunded, I am still getting emails from the company? offering discounts etc to buy that same product again.
