Type of a scam Online Purchase
I received a shipping update that an order i made showed a status of received. Since I didn't receive such an order, I reached out to the chimpanzee and told them this. They responded to check their tracking number, , which I didn't have, and figured out it was the empty envelope I had received, so I emailed them and let them know that.
They responded that they would refund me $3. I said no, they owed me a product or full refund. So they offered me $5 back. I responded that i felt they were calling me a liar and that I was not here to give them free money. They responded that they would bring my concerns to upper management. It has been 3 days and they haven't responded. I sent another email today that I has expected a response by now and have yet to hear from them.
