Items were ordered from a seller on eBay. The items were never delivered to me. I followed the tracking information and could see that the package was delivered. I waited until the next day as, sometimes, the post office shows things delivered that aren't yet. The package still did not arrive. I started communicating with the seller as soon as it was shown as delivered and I didn't get it. The tracking showed that it was left on porch or at door. I have everything delivered to my work, so I know that was not correct. I called the post office to report that I didn't get it. They said that it was delivered to #### whatever street...an address way different than mine. The post office tried to recover the package twice and were unable to retrieve it. I finally convinced the post office to give me a copy of the label from that tracking number. The package had a totally different name than mine, totally different address than mine, totally different company name in the return address, and a totally different weight than what mine would have been. After I sent a copy of the label that I obtained from the post office to eBay, they did agree that I did not get the package...but, since I had already opened a case with Paypal, they closed my case. Disputes have been filed with my bank, with Paypal, and with eBay. All the cases were closed because the seller provided a tracking number that shows delivered. The seller will not give me a copy of the label that was used to send my products and keeps only giving me the original tracking number that I know has nothing to do with my order. He/she will not refund my money. I was told by the seller to file the payment dispute and then he/she would refund my money. All communication with the seller only comes to "you opened a case so wait". I have told the seller several times that there are NO open cases, but I still get nowhere.
