The mobile app Prograd operates an offerwall platform that promises monetary rewards and cash payouts for completing game milestones and making in-game purchases. After spending personal funds on credit card to complete high-value offer goals faster and successfully passing full identity verification (KYC), cashout requests are systematically blocked.

An initial cashout request of $17.61 was held for over a week before failing without explanation. Upon re-attempting, the account was restricted and cashouts were frozen. Support refused to provide specific details or fulfill validated earnings totaling $128.95, citing generic fraud protection protocols despite all milestones showing as approved in-app. The platform uses real-money spending incentives to drive affiliate revenue, then blocks payouts to users.
