I received a flyer in the mail for Professional Landscaping and Concrete Services, I called the number 720-6210766 with the name of Kevin. An appointment was arranged with a different individual called Quang Mai, we agreed on the service and he came and did a horrible job which I didn't notice until I watered and discovered that the metal landscape borders were not positioned in the ground but just set on top of the ground. I called and he scheduled to return to repair. I took off work and waited and he never returned. He never responded to the phone calls and messages left. I was very stupid to have not paid attention to the flyer and see that he didn't have an address or website or any ratings. I was very stupid but I really don't want anyone else ( too trusting) to fall into this scam of landscaping that was nothing more than a delivery of rock and sticking a piece of my old border on top of the ground to hold the rock. The rock began seeping out of the boarder and onto the lawn. He did cash the check immediately so I couldn't stop payment until he fixed the job. I believe he is in the Englewood/Littleton area and it seems to be a group of family that work together to scam people and do very poor work and do not honor agreements made for specific jobs. People should be aware of flyers in the mail , that at first glace seem legitimate, when they are scams. Beware of a flyer with Professional Landscaping Services with Kevin as the contact person and the phone number is 7206210766 but the mastermind is apparently Quang Mai . My check was cashed by Quang Mai. Shameful! I also did not receive a legitimate invoice which would leave me to believe that taxes weren't paid and judging by the young man they brought to do the bulk of the work, labor requirements were not observed. This has been a very expensive lesson. Please warn others.
