I purchased $10 item and never receive shipping info (tracking number) so I e-mail them, no reply.

I called the number but it seems not the store.

So I checked my credit card charge and there are 6 items that I didn't purchase which I dispute to Credit Card company.

There were another 10 transaction that they are trying to charge but the credit card company not authorized the charge.

The charged company was different name where was California company.

I ordered a devotional online from the company and did receive what I ordered. I did not notice until 4 months later that they had charged my account $39.99 a month after that like I had signed up for a subscription service. I did not order a subscription service and never received anything else from them after the devotional book I did order from them arrived. I reached out to their customer service with no response. I had to contact my bank to dispute the 4 charges and cancel my credit card. One charge was pending and did not go through after I filed the dispute. The 3 charges that had already processed totaled $119.97. I found a post on Facebook from another customer that was duped by them that said there is a box at the very end of the order page that you cannot see if you do not scroll past all the "reviews" that is auto checked to join the God is Great Club. There is no prompt to tell you that this is going to be added to your purchase. Total scam.

I bought 2 toys 29.98 and they took the cash from my debit right away under the name lipstick. Right after that the bank informed me someone attempted to take 379.00 plus 79.00 but the bank blocked it. I tried calling the number but they aren't accepting calls. I emailed saying my order n money were received October 5th and now it's November and still nothing.

I had ordered a toy for my child on the website for $29.99 and after that I got charged numerous large amounts to my account from the same company. I have tried emailing and calling them, but their phone number doesn't work and they do not respond to emails.

I purchased an item for 17.99. September 24,2025. After paying for the item they tried to charge my card 379.00 then again for 271.99. They never went through thankfully. They 17.99 did I’ve message and emailed with no response.

Purchased two items on babies-mall.com on 09/24/25. Still has not shipped. Checked my credit card account yesterday and my credit card was charged over $4660 to the same company that charged me for my original purchase of $34 (still has not shipped).

The website akoilo.com (ran by AM Commerce LLC) never delivered the products I have paid for.

They were marketing on Facebook and Instagram.

Many people have been affected and several I know, have also filed reports.

The scammers continued trying to take money out of my bank account.

A quick Google search will reveal more victims of the AM Commerce LLC / Akoilo scammers.

Purchased vitamins beginning of December 2024…. Have yet to receive anything. Have sent numerous emails with not a single reply! They keep trying to charge my card for $29.99!

Placed an order using my American Express card for the product $69.90 transaction was declined. I then used a different credit card $69.90 which was also declined. When I received my credit cards statements, both cards charges were processed with an additional $49.00 added. I emailed the company with my complaint. I was told there is nothing they can do. I had not received any product yet. I asked to cancel the order or receive a return label if I receive the product. I was told they do not accept products back. On there website it states returns within 365 days. I’m confused?
