Olivia Morales left a message claiming processors office and a file number about a lawsuit being filed and I needed to contact because it was a time sensitive matter and needed to call 8776211337. I called back and first time didn't ring and hold music. 2nd time I dialed a girl answered and said reception desk. I then said this business doesn't have a name? She replied after a pause Jackson and Cole associates. I then ask where she wAs located another pause and city was unintelligible but California . Very unprofessional and I said sure u r. It's hilarious really that they call from local numbers from state I live in and then can't even maintain a professional call to continue their scams. It's quite pathetic really the way they try to rob innocent people.

person claiming to be from the "processors office" attempting to gain contact with my Mother asked me to take a message. she asked that we all back at 844-586-1251 with reference number 24-668-47 in regards to "legal documents".

I was called by a lady from the “Processors office” saying they were forwarded information for consideration of legal actions including the filing of lawsuit against me. I needed to call them back right away.

They called two days in a row from the same phone number but they left two different call back numbers. The call back numbers were 888-733-0940 & 888-944-8395. I looked up the 888 phone numbers on the internet and there is absolutely no information about them or the company the phone numbers supposedly belong to.

This is clearly a scam and I don’t plan on returning their calls but I would like to know how many times they plan on calling me before the stop.
