For the last two years I have been receiving calls from a "process server" with New York & Company retail store in New York state claiming I owe $1200 in an unpaid credit card from 2013. I told them to sue me because that is not true and its not on my credit report. They had my social security number, address, phone number, family phone numbers. The calls stopped for a while but I just received a call today from a process server phone number (616)984-3296 stating they tried to serve me at an old address. I said I do not live there so they told me to call the "local" court, Jessica Collins at 855-341-0271 referencing case number 3590328. I did not call because obviously that is not my local courts number....
