One of our Medical Offices received a call requesting sizes of PPE that we might need, our employee explained that we did not need PPE from ProCare Medical Supplies as we receive all of our PPE through one distributor. ProCare Medical stated that they had spoken with a prior Manager and that they would in fact be sending us PPE, again our employee stated that we did not wish to receive PPE from ProCare, ProCare sent us PPE anyways and has invoiced us for what they shipped. They are refusing to allow us to return the shipment because of COVID restrictions. ProCare has never been a Vendor that or Facility has used, this is a scam used to take advantage of HealthCare providers during the pandemic. Be Aware
