Pro Vacations Group presented me with a certificate as part of a promotion for which I paid over $600. However, when I went to utilize the promotion, they would not honor the certificate. Milo, team lead, offered this promotion because booking my original travels was complicated.
After having taken my initial travel, which was terrible, I was thinking of giving them another try. They offered me the free promotion but when I went to book, Milo said it would cost hotel fee ($35), plus, a newly added upgrade fee ($50) / per night, plus, taxes and gratuity. It clearly states on the certificate the locations included but there is still an upcharge at the time of booking. What was suppose to be "FREE" costs nearly $1000.
Ultimately, I had a conversation with Mia, manager, who, in my opinion, was rude. She collaborated Milo's story and she would not waive the upgrade fee, provide a resort credit, offer a future travel certificate, or any other gesture that would indicate they had even the remote intention of honoring their certificate. In fact, when I asked her for what dates could I book Villa Del Palmar, Cancun without paying the upgrade fee and she said, "NEVER".

http://www.summervacationpackages.org/#!reservation-request-/c83p to fill out a request for a destination and reservation. So, while I am explaining my concerns that there are 5, yes five company names and or different addresses on this one email from them and that I do not really know what company I am doing business with here, he gets his "supervisor" to help me fee more at ease. I explain my concerns to this gentleman and he tells me to go to the BBB site and confirm that they are legit and that they have a "A" rating. So, I did. And, they do not even exist on the BBB website as "Pro Vacations" in Orlando Florida, like he told me to check. I never did ask him why if they were in Orlando was he calling me from a Arlington Texas phone number. So, I politely told him I had to pass on the offer. He was nice about it, and maybe they are legitimate, but it just seemed shady to me. My question to him was are they 1) Pro Vactions, 2) Pro Vactaions Group, 3) SVP Reservations 4) Villa Group Resorts, 5) Summer Vacation Packages? He told me "Pro Vacations". Which remember from earlier has a "gmail" address and does not have a website. So I do a little research on the BBB website after the call and find out that the company is actually "Summer Vacation Packages" and that they have an "F" rating, with 28 negative comments and 3 unresolved complaints. They did not get any of my money, but I can promise you that I would be writing a very different scam report if I was just the young buck who jumped at the offer that was to good to be true. Be cautious people.
