At noon on 8-9-2022, I received the call, the spiel, the threats, etc. I kindly informed the gentleman that I had just suffered a stroke and that his threats were the least of my concerns. He proceeded to ask me if I had a pencil to take down some information. Need I say more...

They called me last year and said I owed a pay day loan. I told them I had paid it to another collection agency. They asked me questions about it. And I answered them. They said that the amount I paid was not the amount owed, and I would have to pay the rest. I told them my papers say paid in full. They kept threatening me, I called the State Attorneys office, they told me not to answer the phone. They left me alone til today 4-22-2022. Here we go again! Same thing!

I received a call over the weekend stating that I owed $550 for a Fast E Fund that I took out 5 years ago. Said they were going to send someone out to serve me documents If I did not pay this amount I would be responsible for paying $1,000+ for court cost and attorney fees once it went to court. I paid the $550 right on the spot and asked for a confirmation number, Anne Fleming who I was speaking with said that she could not give me a confirmation number, that it would be emailed over to me with the letter stating that I had paid off the Fast E Funds Loan. I never remember taking this loan out but she had all of my matched information correct so I thought she was "real". Once I got the letter emailed to me, the letter had mis-spelled words, there phone number was missing a number...needless to say, I have my bank and others looking into these SCAMMERS!

They left me a message saying This message is intended for ****** I'm contacting you from the processing division I received an order for you it looks like two charges pending now unfortunately because I'm on able to reach you by phone I will be actively pursuing you at your place of employment and your residence you have the right to contact the client to resolve this matter voluntarily understand when you are located you forfeit that right you can reach the office at 888-718-0494 good luck

I got the exact same message. I asked them outright if they was a debt collection or servicing agency. The woman denied it and said they were attorneys. I had an old debt, over 8 years old. No doubt the lender sold the debt to this agency.

I got a call from this company saying I owed 3000.00 that my ex used in my name and said that I needed to pay 500 before going to court and they threatened me to take my car away until I paid it off. My husband called and they hung up on him. It is a scam do not send them money.

I received a phone call today at 10:00 AM from Ashley Moore who stated she was from a legal service in St Clair County. She stated I owed $300 from a Pay Day Loan taken out in 2010. The phone lines was not too clear and I could not really understand what she was saying. So, I called her back at about 10:15 AM to inquire about the charges. Ashley said is there someway we could pay this before going to court; she said the total cost would be $750. I told her I had to think about it and called the ScamPulse.com to check on the company. I did not send any money.
