For months I have received mailings from a scammer who wants to sell me a home warranty. It isn't coming from Priority Home Lending. They are illegally using their company as a cover to defraud people. I have no idea where these are mailed from or who is sending them because there is no return address or any other information other than a phone number. When I call to ask questions or tell them they are scammers, they hang up on me. There is no way to get removed from their mailing list because as soon as you ask, they hang up the phone. I called Priority Home Lending and of course they know this is a fraudulent act. I talked to the President of the corporate office, and he said the scammers get mailing lists off the internet because it's public record. The last piece of mail I got was a check for $199.00 to go toward the home warranty policy. I want this to stop. I don't know who else to file a complaint with. No money was exchanged because I had it all figured out. Had I fallen for it, I would be out whatever money they charge.
