When trying to set up a new HP printer an error message popped up instructing to call HP Printer Driver. Support. They said it would not set up because our network was corrupted with Malware. They would have to screen share and run diagnostics on my computer and network. The initial fee for the one time review was $199 and then I would need to purchase a network Firewall and VPN (supposedly through Cisco). They insisted on a check vs credit card. Stupidly, feeling panicked, I gave them access to my computer and my banking information.

They also said I needed to make the payment through Printify Solution LLC not with HP.

This has caused havoc and days worth of effort to correct.

Be aware, they created panic, pushed for immediate response or my computer would be taken over and supposed claimed I would have ongoing tech support via their 800 number.

It was a TOTAL SCAM
