I paid an monetary collateral towards my loan of $1000. They are telling me that I owe more money.

I want my money back except I can’t get ahold of them anymore. Every time I call I get a busy signal. I have left messages before I got the busy signal. I also left emails which they are not answering me back at all

I recently came across this company in a Google search. Applied for a loan. Received an email advising that I had been approved and to contact my representative "Jessica Stevenson". I contacted her, and was assured that I could get a loan by paying the first 3 months fees.

I was sent an official looking contract to be signed by DocuSign, with legal disclaimers, amount of the loan, amount and dates of the repayment etc.

I was sent instructions (also by DocuSign) on how to send them the payment by buying Bitcoins, and scanning the QR code I was sent. After buying the Bitcoins, I was to contact my representative to confirm receipt of my funds. I should receive the funds within 1-2 hours of the transfer.

I tried to call and email them all day long, but never received a response, and no one picked up the phone. Of course I didn't receive the loan either.

How to Pay Us Back
When you apply for a loan, your relationship manager will go over all your payment information with you on the phone, including the amount of your payment and your payment schedule. Once you receive your loan, your payments are usually deducted from your checking account each time you are paid. Our customers tell us that this is the most convenient way for them to pay. There is no balloon payment at the end of your loan and no hidden fees along the way.

Let us know if you ever think you will have trouble making your payment. Just call us at least two business days before your payment is due, and we’ll work with you to get you back on track. We want you to succeed, and will do our best to help.

How We Work Together
No one likes to be passed around a call center. When you sign up for a loan, you’ll get a dedicated relationship manager who can answer any questions and take care of anything that comes up. If you have any questions about how our loan process works, please don’t hesitate to contact us or check out our FAQ for further information.

I applied for an emergency loan and communicated over phone and email with my representative "Christine Newman". There was a security deposit I sent to them then a man contacted me saying he was the senior advisor and wanted me to send more money then they quit answering my calls or emails. Left me completely broke and in a mess.
