Received multiple emails the following few months about my order having been received and shipment tracking info would soon arrive.
Noticed after a few months has passed that these were not the same email but each email was a new one claiming I had made yet another purchase. Nowhere throughout the process did this claim to be a subscription of any kind. I emailed their support and have supposedly canceled the subscription I shouldn't even have. No products have ever arrived, no shipping information has ever been provided.
Their website is not legitimate (I should've known) there is no product section. No merch section. Only the sign up for testing products and an option to purchase stickers as well.
