Harassment and Unlawful Access to my Credit Report without Authorization. They have been calling all my family members they can find online, harassing them, leaving them threatening voice messages about me on a case file against me. They are trying to collect a debt that is over the status of limitation and tried to scare me with threats and law suit,

They are using a previously used name when they call. But they say something along the lines of..... I needed to have my attorney call them back and that I had intentionally defrauded them.

I took out a payday loan in 2015. I got a call from PRG telling me that my loan has been sent to them. They were going to charge me increased interest. My loan was not with them. They are calling and harassing me.
