I sent this email to pretty little thing

“Hello I am contacting you with a very concerning issue. I made a purchase 11/12/2023 in the amount of 120.79, it said something went wrong with the payment and I tried again and ended up getting charged double for the same order. With no luck getting in contact with PLT for help I had to call my bank and get the order disputed and was provided a provisional credit. Today 11/14/2023 at 7:09 the same thing happened. I keep getting told the same thing and to provide an order number when I didn’t get an order number. My bank approved the payment. Apple Pay approved the payment. Why is this happening again? why doesn’t pretty little thing have my order ? Money was taken from my account and I have no clue on what’s going on. It’s plenty of times where I ordered from pretty little thing and I got my confirmation immediately.”

I tried to order from them again this time I paid $297.84 and the same thing happened. They have not given me a confirmation number, can’t find my order and refuse to process my refund in a timely manner. They have no efficient customer service to or a way to contact them.

This company takes money away when doing refunds. First, they do not offer to return sales tax. Second, they do not return the amount you bought the item for. In their return policy, based upon receiving the returned item, they would refund you your full amount, noting that refund shipping charge is separate to purchase. No where do they disclose that there would be a discrepancy between sales charge and refund amount. The prices they gave me for each sales items do not match either what I bought them for nor what they are listing it for on their website. They refuse to resolve this nor give reasons why the refund prices are the way they are as it does not match their policy. I believe that they are performing this refund scam to multiple consumers where they just pocket the money and refuse to give the full refund, including sales tax, to the consumer despite return policy.

All reviews on google have thousands of complaint of wrong orders, not receiving refunds, not responding to customer emails, not receiving orders, tons of wrong orders. Their Instagram account on each and every photo has people complaining calling them scammers and begging them to refund them or asking where there order is. Celebrities endorse this company making young women thing its a trustworthy site but it far from it. someone please do something about this. they committing the biggest scam in the fashion industry right now. The Kardashians, Tianna Taylor, Christina Millian and so many other top celebrities have helped endorsed this company. you see celebrities on there site. Its so sad and so wrong. Please do something if you can.

They will say DM us your info when complaining on social media but people are saying they have but nobody responds.
