I was shopping for Christmas Presents and found a link on Facebook to a website called Presentgivers.com that had very cute images of items for sale. Their website link showed their companies physical location at: 8 the Green, Suite A in Dover, Delaware. Shipping information says items are shipped within 3-5 days of ordering. I ordered 3 items and also paid for Shipping Insurance totaling $48.34 on November 15th. When the items hadn't arrived by December the 4th I looked for tracking information, which had not yet been provided. I then looked up the business on Trustpilot.com and found out that it is a SCAM business operating out of CHINA. 100% of the reviews on Trustpilot.com were 1 out of 5 stars. I also looked up Presentgivers on Facebook again. Numerous people were complaining at that point that their items had not been received. I immediately placed a Dispute with Facebook for a full refund. Presentgivers responded that they would issue me a $12.50 refund as a discount because they said my items were still coming. I refused the offer and presented screen shots of all the Trustpilot.com reviews, and Facebook reviews for Facebook's information. I asked for a FULL REFUND as they had not even provided shipping tracking information. Three days later they responded to Facebook with a tracking number that was a fake tracking number. Then they responded a second time with a "corrected" tracking number that was also false. Then the seller claimed that the item had already been delivered, which was also false. I finally found a consumer customer service number for Facebook and escalated my claim. With the help of a Supervisor I was able to get a full refund, but I can only imagine how many people they scammed. Please DO NOT BUY from this business. I have reported them to Facebook numerous times now and the business is STILL on Facebook, it has not been taken down. The only thing I can hope is that the Better Business Bureau finds a way to shut down their website to stop them from scamming others.
