I realize I submitted this report already, but I just wanted to add the following:
I found the following info about the scammer:
If you go to the following, and zoom in all the way you will see that they are located right next to a large bridge in Russia:

After running the headers of the emails they sent me through the following tool at:
https://www.whatismyip.com/email-header-analyzer
I was able to find the following:
The email source IP address is: 185.121.240.26
The email source IP host name is: 185.121.240.26
Country: Russian Federation
City: -
Area Code: -
Latitude: 55.7386
Longitude: 37.6068
ISP: Storm Systems LLC
Organization: Storm Systems LLC
The appear to be in Russia near a bridge. I am not sure if this is their real location. For all I know it could be a public wifi, VPN, or a network from a compromised machine. But that is as far as I could get.
The are hosted on: 104.27.150.194 CloudFlare Inc ECC CA-2.
Domain registrar: NameCheap, Inc.

ivy.ns.cloudflare.com
One of their online profiles appears to show that they have an interest in Starcraft l l:
https://www.twitch.tv/prepaidify
After searching for Prepaidify "Starcraft" on Google, I could find some correlation with them and the game.
Storm Systems could be a VPN. Unfortunately, I can't go much further unless I have a subpoena.
