His name is Matthew Long. Claim to work for E-Merchant Club. There was an Advertising Enrollment Form on line with all my information on it from my website. He told me that my website would work better with help from Google. The form was very professional. I sent his company a 299.00 money order for services from Google. I called the company whom I purchase my website from E-Merchant Club, and told them about Matthew, and was told that no one worked there by that name.

Have been connected to, but not working with, Smart Living / eMerchant for several years. Each year they upgrade their software and then call to inform you of what is included in the upgrade. This year a person named "Robert" called and went through the upgrade step by step as eMerchant has always done. At the end he asked if I wanted to purchase a program to work with Google adware for $295.00 and I agreed. I sent in a cashiers check for that amount. Each year, eMerchant always wants to sell you something new, too. I thought I was talking to the real eMerchant. About a week later, "Nick" called me and identified himself as from eMerchant. I said I had just talked with someone from eMerchant and after some investigation, I believed that "Robert" was a scam. After trying to call "Robert" back at a number that was left for me, I could leave a message, but there was no response. I had also received an e-mail from Premium Web Advertising confirming the receipt of the check, etc. I thought that was to delay me in reporting the fraud. I made out a police report in my city, Federal Way, WA and submitted it to the relevant city/county police for Tustin, CA.
