I called this number that appeared on my cellphone that said I was entitled to student loan forgiveness. I called the above number and talked to a person named Alex Matthews on 1192017 @ 3:30 p.m. and he asked about my parent college loan that I had with Navient. He told me that my income was low enough to have my parent loan removed by half the amount I was paying, asked me if I applied for a FAFSA which I said back in 2004 asked me for my email address which I gave him. He also asked me if my payments where on autopay which I said no and did not give out my checking account number to him over the phone. I told him that I had my loan with Navient which I had been paying over 11 years and he told me that Navient is a bad company to have the loan with since they can change the amount that I owe over the years. At that point he asked for the account number for Navient and I gave it to him over the phone since I told him that I had just made a payment and also told him the amount still owed on the loan. He said to me that he would call me back since there was a meeting he had to go to and would call me back in an hour which would have been around 4:30 p.m. So far as of this writing at 8:16 p.m. no phone call and I tried the number from which he called from and it goes dead. I also called another number that was listed on my cellphone that came to me on Nov. 6th 2017 at 7:11 p.m., number 800-560-9358 and asked for his name and they hung up. The messages on phone texts say that my account is flagged for possible Student Loan Forgiveness. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Please reach me at ***. I am not giving out my email or cellphone number. I did not received any attachments.
