So Nick called our office non-stop to get us to buy ink. Promising Amazon gift cards, Universal tickets, among other things. We ended up with $1200.00 worth of c[censored] ink, one out of every two has to be thrown away. We were told we could send the ink back... Waited and waited and waited with no call back. The website is a joke, he kept telling us to come to CA, and we could take a ride on the company yacht. This is probably one man sitting in his dirty apartment in the dark, refilling cartridges he pulled out of a dumpster somewhere.

A sales man from Practical Print tricked us a few months back. I wanted to get him off the phone and agreed to trying out their "free" ink. Obviously, it wasn't free ink and we were later sent an invoice that had to be taken care of. This sales rep called back on a weekly basis until I told him that I knew this was a scam after looking them up on the BBB. Now, a new guy Nick calls on a daily basis. I will have to block their number, as they won't stop calling us. This sales rep Nick laughed at me when I told him we know this a scam!

TOTAL SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!!

A "sales man" Nick Thomas from this "company" called my place of work offering 2 free ink cartridges. He told me he works off of repeat business and he guaranteed they could save us money. I just wanted to get him off the phone so against my better judgement told the man he could send me free ink if he really wanted to. They sent us a bill even though we never received any products and somehow it slipped through the cracks and got paid. After a month and a half of trying to email them and leaving voicemail messages I finally submitted a dispute through our bank. Oh boy we finally got a call back because they were mad about the dispute through the bank. He then gave some excuse that it was somehow "shipped to the wrong address" and he would ship it to the correct address. Well we finally got the package. USED toner cartridge's and not even the amount we were supposed to get! Fast forward to today. He found out about the charge back and this point he turned IRATE and started SCREAMING at me saying that I need to pay them or return their product. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was one. He was extremely unprofessional and said I was talking to the horses mouth not the horses a$$. I told him this conversation is extremely unprofessional and will not be continuing it and hung up the phone. He called back but this time from an anonymous phone number! I told him this is now considered harassment and he started screaming at me saying to return his product.

Practical Prints is an amazing company that provides top notch products and service. My dental office has been doing business with them for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good things about them. In particular, Ron is our go to for this company. He has become a great friend who strives to provide us with the best deals possible for our dental offices. Any issue we run into; Ron quickly resolves. He is a great representation of a great company that we plan to be in business with for a long time. We love the products, and we certainly love the prices. This company provides superior prices and support that surpass competitors by a long shot. Ron also ensures we get the best products available and also provides nice incentives when making purchases. I would highly recommend other businesses to contact them for supplies. Our office buys ink and printer supplies, but they also offer a whole range of products for businesses.

Fantastic service

I wanted to thank Practical Print. You guys are great ive been paying way too much money on my Lexmark cartridges . Great to finally find a company I can depend on to save me money on my office supplies as well other items I have been having a hard time finding.
I called one day and got there voicemail they called me back promptly and helped me save money on my lexmark cartridges plus they helped me find a cartridge for my hp dinosaur printer that i could not find ANYWHERE.

Total scam company

They made an unsolicited call asking if we would like free sample toner cartridges and expressed the hope that they could gain our business. Then, a few months later, the harassing phone calls began. Because I didn't need the cartridges, I offered to return them, but they refused, saying that I owe them and they would take me to court over the laughable sum of $77. Needless to say, I filed a BBB complaint and FTC complaint.

A "sales man" from this "company" called my place of work offering 2 free ink cartridge. I assumed this was a scam and against my better judgement told the man he could send me free ink if he really wanted to. I received in the mail incorrect toner for my printer from them. I received a call from another man from the company about a month later. I explained that I needed a shipping label to send the incorrect toner back. He told me that I have to pay for this toner first and then I can have the shipping label. I told him I would not be doing that as I was told this ink would be free. At this point he turned IRATE and started SCREAMING at me saying that I was never told that and I need to pay by bill. I eventually hung up the phone as he would not let me speak and this phone conversation confirmed this was a scam.
