I am continually getting called by someone claiming to be “Luis” from an unspecified power company. He continually calls me almost every day with different spoofed numbers and leaves voicemails claiming that he needs to reach me about “overcharges affecting my electric bill”. I do not currently pay for utilities so I know he is clearly lying to my face. He tells me to call him back at 888-368-4081, but his most recent call was from 609-215-0498.
