This company sales fake and defective products and the products quickly fall apart or stop working after their 45 day return policy. I should have known not to order from this company with such a short return policy on an electronic item. I bought an EMS foot massager, 2 actually, and both stopped working after 3-4 months. The pillow I bought from them was very small and fell apart after 3 months too. They asked for a video to see if I was doing something wrong, which I was not and replied it was too late to return the product even though they were defective. Bad company! Do not do business with them and I believe they post as an American company when indeed they are out of the UK.
