I had problems with my Microsoft account! My password and a chat person came on and told me he could help me. Just pay 1.00 and they would help me with my problem! So I did and then I was disconnected and never heard from them! And then I looked at my bank account the checking! 55.00 dollars was charged! With out my knowledge! And I called a number they told me to call. I called and she said go to dollar general and call me before you go in. And go to the gift card section ! well I did but lost connection! So she said go to meijer and call me when your in parking lot, and let me know when your at gift cards. Which I went there she said look for Microsoft gift card that’s 250 dollars! But I only found them r with 25 dollar amount! So then she said get an apple. And they had none with that amount! So I said I see a target, she said yes it’s part of Microsoft plan! And she said buy it for 250 dollars and then I said no! A scam.

rec'd a call on my home land line. Caller ID was my husband's name and our home land line number. Picked it up the third time they called; recorded message siad that microsoft was going to close my aact., as my IP number had been compromised, and given to several countries. Then I was told to press 1 to speak to representative. Asked him for return number, as I was busy (said this just to get the number). He gave me the phone number 1-800-450-9298. I proceded to call him an unpleasant name and thanked him for the number, as I was going to report him to the BBB. The
