On September 27th 2024, myself and 2 others were scammed out of $9000.00 by a Roger Williams posing as an American Airlines agent. It was five days before our International flight. We realized that we wouldn't have time to make it to or gate for our adjoining flight. I called an A.A. hotline number I got off google search engine. I spoke with a Roger Williams that identified himself as a A.A. agent. He said since it was so close to our flights we would have to pay this money and it would be refunded after we recieved our new itinerary. He said to check agree if the flight changes looked ok. That is the only email I received from him. When I just tried to put his email in on this form it said no such email address. It was
