A text message sent from an automated system addressed to Ramon, from Shepherd Outsourcing, regarding a a Jefferson Capital Systems LLC account. Message had a reply to stop function but also included a phone number. Message stated that this was an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

When phone number was called an auto answering voice called "Lisa" asked if I was the person meant to be contacted (I was not) and asked if I'd like to be taken off the calling list. I responded no, and yes respectively.
