Type of a scam Online Purchase

I wanted to buy a 10 foot shipping container. The ad was on Facebook marketplace and they have a website. The number does not go through it just rings. The address is for the port of Coos Bay. They wanted me to pay by cash app. I called the number. Nobody answered. I called the address, and it was the port, and they said they’ve had other people who have asked as well, and it is a scam so I think you guys should bust them.
