Items being sold as new on https://shop.popsci.com/ when they are very used and very damaged. When you initiate a return they give you a giant run around and expect you to pay return shipping. Return shipping will be roughly half of the purchase price. I can't believe popular science is running as a front for this kind of scammy behavior. The times really must be tough.

Said item is a headset for reference. Picture is of a microphone boom. Hard to do justice of how damaged the product is in one picture.
