There was a Facebook ad for a safe cardboard cutter for kids so I clicked it and ordered. They debited my bank account $39.95 on 9/15/25 and when I click the order tracking it doesn't show any shipping progress other than "on it's way" as of 9/16/25, but now it's 11/12/25 and I still haven't received anything and I haven't heard back from the company about a refund.
