I was asked to pay upfront. Was not treated as a valued customer. She not only cancelled an appointment, she schedule an appointment the next week and told me to come to a beach with no parking. As I arrived she called and said there would be no refund and she could invite me to a group session or individual session at a discounted rate. So not only did I not experience a class, I was screwed out of my money with fake service. I've never seen yoga pay for a credit card bill, so it could be a scam for some just to get dollars from people. Then, use an address that isn't yours to train people. Seems like a start-up,however, I'm sure people would honor these things and help in any type of way.
