Sent me a text with a small graphic of the PNC bank logo with an SMS text attached "We have temporarily locked your PNC due to $775.99 charge at TARGET kindly review here https://managepnomobile.com to cancel." I did not click on the link but it was underlined so I believe it was attached to the text as well. I did text them back "temporarily lock these nuts" and promptly blocked them.
