I was sent an email from here saying my car payment did not go through, to please call the payee. So I did and the voice option said I was paid through to next month. So it was NOT true!

So not professional have to contact a lawyer my Bank Fifth Third bank very unprofessional feeling like I was scammed my payment did not go through calls from credit card told about 3rd party Please watch out for this bank

First email said that my internet bill was being processed by a Master Card. The amount was correct; the account number (final 4 digits) was correct. But I pay via a monthly electronic payment from bank. Never from credit

Card. Plus, the last 4 digits of the credit card do not belong to any credit card I own.

Second email said that bill could not be processed.
