Pluto Ad Agency Scam

Story:
After researching the company profusely and having in depth conversations with Jacob and his team which included Elon & Rob Ratin from E-Comm Black belts, I decided to invest in their dropshipping platform. After an initial investment of 10%, ($500) I did receive a dropshipping website which was a small part of the bigger investment. This website was then to be launched during Black Friday of last year. I was then told that they were experiencing delays in labor or that they were taking time to deal with the passing of a relative.

I was promised a dropshipping course as soon as I started a contract with them. I finally received it once I asked for my money back in February of 2022. The process with them has been slow and painful to say the least.
I was in touch with a website developer through a whatsapp group. I reached out to him as I was not getting any traction on the marketing front post web development. He told me that several of Jacob's clients also told him that they were getting scammed. The website developer worked with Jacob on 5+ gigs and has not received payment for any of them. I've been hearing less and less and my wire recalls have gotten rejected.

Type of a scam Investment

We talked on Instagram. Rob Ratin and Jacob Golin. They promised to build me a Shopify store and build it from scratch and manage it. Promised to find me a winning great product, run ads for me and do everything for me. They promised big return on investment as it scaled up over time. I sent them $1500 but I’ve seen them asking for $3,000+. I sent them $1500 with the zelle app. My bank said most likely they couldn’t count it as a fraudulent charge since I agreed to send them the money and it was authorized. They are doing an investigation anyways. I am contacting my law firm to see what they can do about it. I have talked to rob ratin and Jacob Golin through Instagram messenger and they refuse to refund me and still haven’t delivered what they promised on. They run Instagram ads promoting their services. They have a lot of testimonials of happy clients that must be fake. Their business is Pluto ad agency incorporated.
