This online tech vendor known as “Plug” is “fulfilling” , “confirming” orders implement their policies and dictate the purchase. They send the emails for order confirmation and shipping notifications. Doing this restricts costumers from changing or canceling the orders resulting in lengthy returns, restocking fees. This isn’t inconvenient, it’s malicious behavior, trapping consumers under the guise of cheap tech…..

Phone was delivered and hooked up to a phone services. Then the service stopped working and we called them and they said it was reported stolen from a third party.

paid for a computer. computer does not work and was told there was a warranty. now communication has stopped. buyer is stuck with a computer that cannot be used.
