PLLC intercompany delivery agency out of South Dekota was contracted to deliver an African parrot to me in Texas. The fee was quoted to be $275.00. After that amount was paid, then they started coming up with all sorts of fees, services, that has to be paid. For 8 months now, I have sent them prepaid cards from $500.00 to $1000.00 several times a week at times. All the promises, excuses, just continues and coercion for more money. The total now is $16,800.00 and they are waiting for another $200.00 that I refused, finally. I was so in debt from all this, desperate for it to be true, I just kept trusting them. The VP of PLLC has my parrot as her own, refusing to send to me. I have emails and text from several employees and all the copies of prepaid money cards.
