I placed an order on the website in May 2026 and never received the products. I emailed the vendor multiple times and each time the email came back as undeliverable. After 90 days I contacted Goldman Sachs and they denied my dispute stating my story and they said the vendor contacted them and provided proof of delivery. I live in a small gated community and I never received the products. I re-opened the dispute with the credit card and they once again called me a liar and sided with the company who uses the LA Coliseum as their address and is not reachable by phone or email.
